I own several rental units and I have used C&T many, many times. They are quick to schedule appointments and show up on time. The repairs have been done well and the repairman has always gone the extra mile for me. He has even come back ‘after hours’ with parts to complete a job. I highly recommend them – and their service charge is reasonable.
